Steering Linkage Inspection

1. Put the transmission selector lever in the park position.
2. Set the parking brake and block the wheels.
3. Start the vehicle.
4. Turn the steering wheel 1/4 turn back and fourth.
5. Inspect the pivot joints for looseness.
6. Replace any damaged or worn pivot joints.
