Pulley Removal and Installation

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

- Tools Required
- J 25034-C Power Steering Pulley Remover

1. Remove the serpentine belt from the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.





2. Install the J 25034-C to the outer lip of the steering pump.





3. Remove the pulley.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

- J 25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer





1. Use the J 25033-C in order to install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
2. Install the serpentine belt to the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner and rotate arm counterclockwise.
