Air Outlet Replacement - Defroster

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the IP.

1. Roll the IP down. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
2. Remove the defroster nozzle grille from the instrument panel.
3. Remove the windshield defroster nozzle fasteners (6) from the instrument panel.
4. Remove the retaining nuts (3) from the instrument panel carrier (1).
5. Remove the windshield defroster nozzle (4) by rotating the nozzle downward and away from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the windshield defroster nozzle (4) into the instrument panel.
2. Install the retaining nuts (3) into the instrument panel carrier (1).
3. Install the windshield defrost nozzle fasteners (6) to the instrument panel.
4. Install the defrost nozzle grille into the instrument panel.
5. Roll the IP up. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
