Air Distribution Duct Replacement




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the left inner floor duct.
3. Remove the left outer floor duct.
4. Remove the right inner floor duct.
5. Remove the right outer floor duct.
6. Remove the center floor duct.
7. Remove the instrument cluster bezel.
8. Remove the left instrument panel outlet duct from the vehicle.
9. Roll out the instrument panel. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
10. Remove the retaining screws at the air distribution case.
11. Remove the retaining screws at the instrument panel.
12. Remove the air distribution duct from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the air distribution duct to the instrument panel.
2. Install the retaining screws to the instrument panel.
3. Install the retaining screws to the air distribution case.
4. Roll in the instrument panel. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
5. Install the left instrument panel outlet duct to the vehicle.
6. Install the instrument panel cluster bezel.
7. Install the center floor duct.
8. Install the right outer floor duct.
9. Install the right inner floor duct.
10. Install the left outer floor duct.
11. Install the left inner floor duct.
12. Install the engine cover.
