Idler Pulley: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the idler pulley bolt.





3. Remove the idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the idler pulley and bolt to the engine.
- Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (38 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the drive belt.
