Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the bolt.





3. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the drive belt tensioner assembly.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the attaching bolt,
- Tighten the tensioner assembly bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the drive belt.
