Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure

- Tools Required
- J 23523-F Crankshaft Balancer Remover and Installer.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Remove the fan shroud assembly.





4. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
5. Clean and inspect all parts.

Installation Procedure

- Tools Required
- J 23523-F Crankshaft Balancer Remover and Installer.





1. Install the crankshaft balancer.
2. Install the drive belt.
3. Install the fan shroud assembly.
4. Connect the battery negative cable.
