Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LE5, L61) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill))Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LNF) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill))Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill)).
2. Lower the vehicle.
3. Remove the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Headlamp Replacement).
4. Reposition the radiator air baffle.




5. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp at the radiator using J 38185 .
6. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator (1).




7. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp at the engine using J 38185 .
8. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the engine (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator (1).
2. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185 .




3. Install the radiator inlet hose to the engine (1).
4. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185 .
5. Install the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Headlamp Replacement).
6. Reposition the radiator air baffle.
7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LE5, L61) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill))Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LNF) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill))Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) (Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill)).
