Door Check Link Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement Door Water Deflector Replacement.
2. Remove the bolts on the door and on the body.
3. Remove the door hold-open link.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice.

1. Install the door hold-open link to the door and the body with the bolts.

* Tighten the door hold-open link-to-body bolt to 25Nm (18 lb ft).
* Tighten the door hold-open link-to-door bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb in).

2. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement Door Water Deflector Replacement.
