Stop Lamp Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer toBattery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
3. Twist the switch, and remove the switch from the brake pedal bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Adjust the stoplamp switch. Refer to Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment.
2. Connect the negative battery cable.
