- GE-47622 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Using the GE-47622, compress the auxiliary water pump inlet hose clamp at the charge air cooler pump.
3. Remove the auxiliary water pump inlet hose from the charge air cooler pump.
4. Using the GE-47622, compress the auxiliary water pump inlet hose clamp at the charge air cooler radiator.
5. Remove the auxiliary water pump inlet hose from the charge air cooler radiator.

Installation Procedure





1. Using the GE-47622, compress the auxiliary water pump inlet hose clamp to secure the hose.
2. Install the auxiliary water pump inlet hose to the charge air cooler radiator.
3. Using the GE-47622, compress the auxiliary water pump inlet hose clamp to secure the hose.
4. Install the auxiliary water pump inlet hose to the charge air cooler pump.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Fill the cooling system.
