Window Replacement - Front Door

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the front door window.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
4. Remove the front door window sash nuts.
5. Remove the front door window (1) from the front door.




6. Drill out the front door window sash (3) rivets (4).
7. Remove the front door window sash (3) from the front door window.
8. Remove the front door window sash spacer (2) from the front door window.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front door window sash spacer (2) to the front door window.
2. Position the front door window sash (3) to the front door window.
3. Install the front door window sash (3) rivets (4).
4. Position the front door window to the front door window regulator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Install the front door window sash nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

6. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip.
7. Install the front door water deflector.
