Shift and Select Lever

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove E-ring and compression spring, then drive out slotted spring pins from shift inner levers Nos. 1 and 2.




2. Remove shift inner levers Nos. 1 and 2 and shift interlock plate, then drive out the slotted spring pin from select inner lever.




3. Remove select inner lever, compression spring and spring seat.

4. Remove lever shaft snap ring, then the lever shaft and boot.

ASSEMBLY
1. Apply suitable grease to shaft, then install boot and shaft on the control shaft cover. Ensure boot air bleed is facing downward.

2. Install snap ring and spring seat, then the compression spring, select inner lever and slotted spring pin.

3. Align interlock plate with shift inner lever No. 1, then install interlock plate.

4. Install shift inner lever No. 2, then the slotted spring pins.

5. Install compression spring, seat and E-ring.
