Assembly

ASSEMBLY
1. Position new gaskets onto upper valve body, then the plate.
2. Place new gasket on plate, then align each bolt hole in valve body with the two gaskets and plate.





3. Retain upper valve body, gaskets and plate, then align bolt holes and insert and finger tighten eight upper valvebody attaching bolts, see image. Attaching bolt lengths are Indicated in image.





4. Invert assembly, then insert and finger tighten nine lower valve body attaching bolts, see image. Attaching bolt lengths are indicated in image.





5. Place new gasket on lower valve body then assemble plate and second new gasket. Install cover over gasket, then insert and finger tighten ten valve body cover attaching bolt lengths are indicated in Image.
6. Torque twenty seven attaching bolts in valve body to 56 inch lbs.





7. Install solenoids, then torque A to 56 inch lbs, and B to 7 ft lbs, see image.
