Concealment Plug Removal
1. Remove carburetor from engine.
2. Plug carburetor vacuum ports to prevent entry of dirt and drilling particles.
3. Mark center of concealment plug with suitable center punch.
4. Drill a .256 inch hole in center of concealment plug. There is only .04 inch clearance between plug and idle mixture screw. Drill slowly and carefully to avoid damaging mixture adjustment screw.
5. Screw idle mixture screw into throttle body using screwdriver placed through hole in concealment plug.
6. Use a .295 inch drill to force concealment plug from throttle body.
