Fast Idle Setting

1. Position throttle shaft lever on first step of fast idle cam.
2. With choke valve fully closed, measure primary throttle valve angle-to-bore clearance.
3. Compare measurement to Adjustment Specifications.
4. If measurement is not within specifications, adjust by turning fast idle screw.
