Fuel Cut System
Diagnostic code 52
1. Rotate ignition switch from ``On'' to ``Off'' without cranking engine and check that fuel cut solenoid valves makes a clicking noise.
2. If no clicking noise is heard, check fuel cut solenoid and is circuits for continuity as previously described under ``ECM Power Circuits.''
3. Start and operate engine until coolant reaches normal operating temperature.
4. With clutch engaged, increase engine speed 3000 - 4000 RPM. Check that engine RPM changes when idle micro switch lever on carburetor is moved downward.
5. Repeat step 4 with clutch pedal disengaged. Engine RPM should not change.
