Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.

2. Remove the instrument panel cluster lower trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement.

3. Remove the instrument panel center air outlet. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement.




4. Remove the bolts (1) securing the left side of the instrument panel upper trim panel to the instrument carrier.




5. Remove the bolts (1) securing the center of the instrument panel upper trim panel to the instrument carrier.




6. Gently lift up the instrument panel upper trim panel (1) to access the two bolts (2) securing the instrument panel cluster trim plate (3) to the instrument carrier.

7. Carefully remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate (3).

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

1. Gently lift up the instrument panel upper trim panel (1) to install the instrument panel cluster trim plate (3) and the two bolts (2) to the instrument carrier.




2. Install the bolts (1) securing the center of the instrument panel upper trim panel to the instrument carrier.




3. Install the bolts (1) securing the left side of the instrument panel upper trim panel to the instrument carrier.

4. Install the instrument panel center air outlet. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement.

5. Install the instrument panel cluster lower trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement.

6. Install the left windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.
