Radio Volume Compensator Interior Noise Microphone Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the overhead console. Refer to Roof Console Replacement (Roof Console Replacement).




2. Remove the screws securing the microphone (2) to the overhead console.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connectors.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the screws securing the microphone (2) to the overhead console and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
3. Install the overhead console. Refer to Roof Console Replacement (Roof Console Replacement).
