Window/Division Channel - Rear Door Stationary

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip.
4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip.
5. Remove the door window weather strip.
6. Remove the vent window and division channel screws.




7. Pull the channel away from the window and the door.




8. Remove the channel weatherstrip.
9. Remove the door vent window.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the vent window into the door.
2. install the.vent window/division channel weatherstrip.




3. Install the vent window/division channel through the door.
4. Seat the channel on the window.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




5. Install the channel screws.

Tighten
Tighten the vent window screws to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

6. Install the door window weather strip.
7. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
8. Install the inner belt sealing strip.
9. Install the water deflector..
10. Install the door trim panel.
