Shift Control Linkage Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Position the shift lever in NEUTRAL.
2. Raise and suitably support vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the shift control linkage retaining clips.
4. Remove the shift control linkage.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the shift control linkage.
2. Install the shift control linkage retaining clips.
3. Adjust the shift linkage. Refer to Shift Control Linkage Adjustment.
4. Lower the vehicle.
