- Five multiple disk clutches
- Four band assembly
- One sprag clutch
- One roller clutch
- Two control valve body assemblies
The electrical components of this unit are as follows:
- A Transmission Control Module (TCM)
- Two shift solenoid valves, 1-2/3-4 and 2-3
- A band apply solenoid valve
- A Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) solenoid valve
- A transmission Pressure Control (PC) solenoid valve
- An automatic Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor
- A transmission mode switch
- An Output Speed Sensor (OSS)
