Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle





2. Remove the engine front crossmember frame.
3. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulator bolts.
4. Remove the stabilizer shaft.
5. Remove the insulators from the stabilizer shaft.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
2. Install the stabilizer shaft.

Important: Use new stabilizer shaft insulator bolts.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator bolts.
Use the J36660-A in order to tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) plus 37 degrees.
4. Install the engine front crossmember frame. Refer to Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement.
5. Lower the vehicle.
