Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
The ambient air temperature sensor is located in the lower grille of the front fascia on the left side of the vehicle.




1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ambient air temperature sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the ambient air temperature sensor.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the ambient air temperature sensor.
3. Lower the vehicle.
