Roof Rail Courtesy Lamps

The roof rail courtesy lamps receive voltage from the delayed interior lamps relay anytime the BCM is awake. The roof rail courtesy lamps have a three position switch. When the switch toward the rear of the vehicle the roof rail courtesy lamp will be disabled. When the switch is in the center position the roof rail courtesy lamp receives a ground from the interior lamps relay when the illuminated entry feature is active. Placing the roof rail lamp switch toward the front of the vehicle will ground the roof rail courtesy lamp and illuminate it at all times.
