Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Lens Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument cluster.
2. Remove the voltage-oil pressure gauge module screws from the module.
3. Remove the voltage-oil pressure gauge module from the cluster lens by pulling back the locking tabs and removing.




4. Remove the speedometer-tachometer gauge module screws from the module.




5. Remove the speedometer-tachometer gauge module from the cluster lens by pulling back the locking tabs and removing.




6. Replace the lens.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the speedometer-tachometer gauge module to the cluster lens.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the locking tabs snap into position on the module.




2. Install the speedometer-tachometer gauge module screws to the module.

Tighten
Tighten the speedometer-tachometer gauge module screws until fully seated but not stripped.




3. Install the voltage-oil pressure gauge module to the cluster lens.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the locking tabs snap into position on the module.

4. Install the voltage-oil pressure gauge module screws to the module.

Tighten
Tighten the voltage-oil pressure gauge module screws until fully seated but not stripped.

5. Install the instrument cluster.
