Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
2. Remove the radiator outlet hose (1) from the radiator.





3. Remove the outlet hose from the coolant intake pipe (4).
4. Remove the outlet hose (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator outlet hose (2).
2. Install the radiator outlet hose to the coolant intake pipe (4).





3. Install the radiator outlet hose (1) to the radiator.
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
