Throttle Body Heater Hose Replacement - Inlet

Removal Procedure





1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
2. Remove the air intake plenum. Refer to Intake Plenum Replacement.
3. Remove the inlet hose (3) from the engine coolant bridge.
4. Remove the inlet hose from the throttle body.
5. Remove the inlet hose while noting the routing.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the inlet hose, routing as noted during removal.
2. Install the inlet hose to the throttle body.
3. Install the inlet hose (3) to the engine coolant bridge.
4. Install the air intake plenum. Refer to Intake Plenum Replacement.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
