Rear Door Limiter: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the check link from the center pillar pin.
4. Remove the check link inner door screw.
5. Pull the check link through the inner door panel access hole.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the check link through the inner panel access hole.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the door check link screws to 5 N.m (45 lb in).

3. Install the pin.
4. Install the water deflector.
5. Install the door trim panel.
