Door Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to SIR Handling Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disable the SIR system, if equipped with the SIR side impact system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in Restraint Systems.
2. Remove the front door trim panel.
3. Remove the trim panel retaining block.
4. Remove the front door water deflector.
5. Remove the Inflatable restraint side impact sensor mounting plate if equipped.
6. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip.
7. Remove the outside rearview mirror.
8. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
9. Remove the upper sealing strip.
10. Remove the front door window weatherstrip.
11. Remove the front door window up stop.
12. Remove the front door window regulator and motor.
13. Remove the front door window.
14. Remove the front door speaker.
15. Remove the front door inside handle.
16. Remove the front door lock.
17. Remove the front door outside handle.
18. Remove the front door body side molding.
19. Remove the front door check link.
20. Remove the front door rubber conduit.
21. Remove the front door electrical connectors and harness from the door.
22. Remove the front door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the front door.
2. Install the front door electrical connectors and harness from the door.
3. Install the front door rubber conduit.
4. Install the front door check link.
5. Install the front door body side molding.
6. Install the front door outside handle.
7. Install the front door lock.
8. Install the front door inside handle.
9. Install the front door speaker.
10. Install the front door window regulator and motor.
11. Install the front door window.
12. Install the front door window up stop.
13. Install the front door window weatherstrip.
14. Install the upper sealing strip.
15. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip.
16. Install the outside rearview mirror.
17. Install the front door inner belt sealing strip.
18. Install the Inflatable restraint side impact sensor mounting plate if equipped.
19. Install the front door water deflector.
20. Install the trim panel retaining block.
21. Install the front door trim panel.
22. Enable the SIR system, if equipped with the SIR side impact system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in Restraint Systems.
