Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in Service Precautions.
2. Remove the front air deflector.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
4. Remove the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Lube O-ring with 525 refrigerant oil.
2. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
3. Install the electrical connector to A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
4. Install the front air deflector.
5. Lower the vehicle.
