Window Channel Replacement - Door

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Remove water deflector.
3. Remove the sealing strip.
4. Remove the window.
5. Remove the lower run channel fastener (2).
6. Remove the front lower run channel (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the front lower run channel (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions

2. Install the bolt (2).

Tighten
Tighten the bolt (2) to 10.5 N.m (93 lb in).

3. Install the window.
4. Install the sealing strip.
5. Install the water deflector.
6. Install the trim panel.
