Steering Column Jacket - Assemble

1. Reinstall the tilt lever (2) Tilt Lever Replacement - On Vehicle.
2. Install the steering column housing assembly (1).





3. Pull back on the tilt lever (2) and push steering column housing assembly (1) up and towards the column.
4. Remove the tilt lever (2) Tilt Lever Replacement - On Vehicle.





5. Install 2 pivot pins (1). Lubricate with lithium grease.
6. Stake the pins in 3 places.
7. Install the tilt spring assembly.
