Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
The headlamp switch uses skin locks which grab the soft skin material of the IP. The skin lock feature may cause the switch to be hard to remove.




1. Firmly grasp the headlamp switch assembly.

Pull out in order to release from the instrument panel.




2. Remove electrical connectors.




3. Remove the headlamp switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Connect the electrical connectors.




2. Install headlamp switch into the opening in the instrument panel.
3. Push the headlamp switch toward the Instrument panel in order to engage the skin locks.
