Fuel Door Release

When the fuel door release is pressed, the IPC connector C3 terminal C3 (CKT 136 (TAN)) is connected to ground. The IPC detects this low (ground) input and sends a message to the PZM via the class 2 serial data line. The PZM sends the appropriate commands in order to activate the fuel door release solenoid.
