Bose Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the rear seat to rear window trim panel.
2. Disconnect the two wiring harness connectors from the module (radio signal processor).




3. Remove the radio speaker amplifier bracket (3) bolts from the rear window trim panel.
4. Lower the amplifier bracket (3) from the rear parcel shelf.
5. Remove the two processor bolts.
6. Remove the processor (2) from the amplifier bracket (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the processor (2) into the amplifier bracket (3).
2. Install the two processor bolts until fully seated and not stripped.
3. Raise the amplifier bracket into the mounting position.
4. Install the amplifier bracket (3) bolts to the rear window trim panel until fully seated and not stripped.




5. Connect the two wiring harness connectors.
6. Install the rear seat to rear window trim panel.
