CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC B1350 is designed to disengage the A/C compressor clutch in the event that coolant temperature exceeds 126°C (258°F). The heater and A/C programmer receives coolant temperature information from the PCM via class 2 serial data bus. while DTC B1350 is current the IPC will display ENGINE HOT - A/C COMPRESSOR OFF on the Driver Instrument Center (DIC) to warn the operator.

TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS

^ Make sure PCM is operating properly. If the PCM is operating normally replace the heater and A/C programmer.
