REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement: Removal Procedure:

Tools Required
J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Remove front assist handle.
2. Use J 38778 to release the clips (2) that retain the windshield garnish molding to the pillar.
3. Remove the windshield garnish molding (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the windshield garnish moldings (1). Verify that the clips are fully seated to the windshield garnish molding before reinstalling.
2. Install the front assist handle.
