REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the rear seat center retractor side belt.
2. Remove the rear seat cushion.
3. Remove the seatback cushions.
4. Remove the rear headrests.
5. Remove the rear headrest retainers..
6. Remove the rear seat outer retractor side belts.
7. Unsnap from the rear speaker grilles (5) from the rear seat to back window panel (1).

Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window: Removal Procedure:

8. Remove the rear seat to back window panel air vent (2).
9. Remove seatback armrest latch pin (4).
10. Remove seatback anchor covers (3).
11. Remove three push retainers securing the front edge of rear seat to back window panel.

Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window: Removal Procedure:

12. Disconnect sunscreen electrical connection
13. Remove three nuts from inside rear compartment area retaining window panel.
14. Remove the rear seat to back window panel, with the aid of another technician.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the rear seat to back window panel, with the aid of another technician.
2. Install three nut to inside rear compartment area to secure window panel.
3. Tighten
Tighten window panel nuts fully seated and not stripped.
4. Connect sunscreen electrical connector.

5. Install three push retainers at front edge of rear seat to back window panel.

6. Install seatback anchor covers (3).
7. Install seatback armrest latch pin (4).
8. Install the rear seat to back window panel air vent (2).
9. Install the rear speaker grilles (5) to the rear seat to back window panel (1).
10. Install the rear seat outer retractor side belts.
11. Install the rear headrest retainers.
12. Install the rear headrests.
13. Install the seatback cushions.
Install the rear seat cushion.
14. Install the rear seat center retractor side belts.
