Installation

1. Install the inflatable restraint IP module to the vehicle.
2. Connect the inflatable restraint IP module 2-way harness connector (4) by securely connecting both sides of the connector and then sliding the top Connector Position Assurance (CPA) forward.
3. Install the fasteners (2) to the inflatable restraint IP module.

Tighten
Use only hand tools to tighten the fasteners to 8 N.m (72 lb. in). Refer to Fastener Notice in Vehicle Damage Warnings.

4. Install the IP module cover.
5. Enable the SIR system.
