Oil Cooler Removal

1. Remove the oil feed line from the engine oil cooler.
2. Remove the return line from the engine oil cooler.





3. Note the positioning of the four seals.
4. Remove the oil filter cartridge housing from the engine block.





5. Remove the crank sensor (CKP) bolt.
6. Remove the CKP sensor (1).





7. Remove the oil feed line from the engine block.
8. Remove the return line from the engine block.





9. Remove the engine oil cooler inlet and outlet nuts (1).
10. Remove the engine oil cooler cover bolts (2).





11. Remove the engine oil cooler cover.
12. Remove the engine oil cooler.
