Intake Manifold Installation

1. Install the intake manifold spacer (2) and install the intake manifold spacer seals.
2. Install the intake manifold spacer bolts (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

- Tighten the intake manifold spacer bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft lbs).





3. Install the intake manifold (2) and install the intake manifold seals (3).
4. Install the intake manifold bolts (1).
- Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft lbs).
