REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement - Manual: Removal Procedure:

The manual seat adjuster is used only on the front passenger seat.
1. Remove the passenger front seat.
2. Remove front seat cushion outer finish panel.
3. Remove seat adjuster bolts, operating handle and seat adjuster.
Once the seat adjuster has been removed from the seat the operating handle will disengage from both seat adjusters.

4. Remove the seat belt if replacing inner seat adjusters.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the seat belt if removed.
2. Install the seat adjuster, operating handle and seat adjuster bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the seat adjuster bolts to 25 N.m (19 lb ft).

3. Install the front seat cushion outer finish panel.
4. Install the Passenger front seat.
