Sunroof Glass Height and Opening Fit Adjustment

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Height and Opening Fit Adjustment: Removal Procedure:

1. Slide the sunscreen all the way rearward.
2. Open the glass panel halfway.
3. Remove the brush cover.
4. Remove the covers from the right and left side that conceal the bolts for the glass panel adjustment.
5. Remove the bolts from the glass panel for both sides.

Sunroof Glass Height and Opening Fit Adjustment: Removal Procedure:

6. Loosen the bolts on both sides. These adjustments raise or lower the glass panel.
7. Adjust the front of the glass panel to 0.1 mm (1/32 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.
8. Adjust the rear of the glass panel to 0.1 mm (1/32 in) above the top surface.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Height and Opening Fit Adjustment: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the bolts to the glass panel for both sides.

Tighten
Tighten the glass panel bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

2. Install the covers to the right and to the left side that conceal the bolts for glass panel adjustment.
3. Install the brush cover.
4. Close the glass panel.
5. Slide the sunscreen closed.
