Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (Rocker Molding)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (Rocker Molding): Removal Procedure:

1. Open the doors.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Push in on the center of each of the rocker molding lower retainers and then pull out.
4. Slide the rocker molding forward to release from the retainers.
5. Use a small flat-bladed tool to carefully unsnap the rocker moulding.
6. Remove the rocker molding.
7. Remove the rocker molding retainer from the weld stud. If a weld stud becomes damaged during the removal procedure.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (Rocker Molding): Installation Procedure:

1. Install the rocker molding.
2. Slide the rocker molding rearward on the retainers to lock in place.
3. Install the rocker molding lower retainers.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Close the doors.
