Spare Wheel and Hold-Down Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Spare Wheel and Hold-Down Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the two upper retainers at spare tire cover.
2. Remove the flap under the rear compartment floor carpet.
3. Remove spare tire cover panel (1).

Spare Wheel and Hold-Down Replacement: Removal Procedure:

4. Unhook the three way belt (1) and (3).
5. Remove the spare tire.

IMPORTANT: Spare tire must be reinstalled in belt when not in use.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Spare Wheel and Hold-Down Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the spare tire.
2. Ensure the valve stem on the spare tire rim faces outward.
3. Rehook the three-way belt to secure the spare tire (1) and (3).

4. Install the spare tire cover panel (1).
5. Install the two upper retainer at spare tire cover.
6. Install the flap under the rear compartment floor carpet.
