REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Door Handle Rod Replacement (Front Outside): Removal Procedure:

1. Disable SIR system If equipped with SIR side impact system.
2. Remove the front door trim panel.
3. Remove the front door water deflector.
4. Remove the front door outside handle.
5. Remove the front door lock rod from outside handle clip and from the door lock.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Door Handle Rod Replacement (Front Outside): Installation Procedure:

1. Install the front door lock rod to the door lock and to outside handle clip.
2. Install the front door outside handle.
3. Install the front door water deflector.
4. Install front door trim panel.
5. Enable SIR system if equipped with SIR side impact system.
