Window/Division Channel

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip.
4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip.
5. Remove the door window weather strip.
6. Remove the vent window and division channel screws.

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Removal Procedure:

7. Pull the channel away from the window and the door.

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Removal Procedure:

8. Remove the channel weather-strip.
9. Remove the door vent window.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the vent window into the door.
2. Install the vent window/division channel weather-strip.

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Installation Procedure:

3. Install the vent window/division channel through the door
4. Seat the channel on the window.
5. Install the channel screws.

Window/Division Channel (Rear Door) Stationary: Installation Procedure:

Tighten
Tighten vent window screws to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

6. Install the door window weather strip.
7. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
8. Install the inner belt sealing strip.
9. Install the water deflection.
10. Remove the door trim panel.
