REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil.
2. Insert a small pointed awl or wire into the ignition lock cylinder release pin hole.
3. Pull out the ignition lock cylinder.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the lock cylinder:
^ Look into the hole that receives the lock cylinder on the lower RH side in order to locate the locking lever.
^ Carefully push down on the locking lever using a small flat-bladed tool until an audible click is heard.
^ Install the lock cylinder.
2. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil.
