Disarming
Front Door Lock Cylinder Switch closes when a front door is unlocked with a key. This grounds the door's input to the Body Control Module
(PZM) and disarms the system. The system is also disarmed when the Remote Function Actuator
(RFA)Module receives an unlock request from the
Keyless Entry Transmitter (Key Fob). It sends a Class 2 serial data message to the PZM to unlock the doors, the PZM then disarms the system. If the system has been activated, it can be disarmed with either the door key or the Keyless Entry Transmitter (turning the ignition switch to any position out of "LOCK" will not disarm the system).
